How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of 100Feelings (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://100feelings.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Wow. You might think, what can be so amazing about a measuring tape. Well, I have been a professional carpenter for years, and I just bought this little guy to have on hand for those quick little household projects where I don't want to drag out my whole tool belt. I wasn't expecting much for the price I paid. But here's why it's amazing: 1) lightweight 2) nylon-coated blade so it has a super-smooth motion 3) the extra curvature makes it able to extend surprisingly far without support. So that's why it gets a wow rating Way more than I expected for the price. It's truly a superior product.
I keep like five of these lying around so I won't have to look much when I need it. It is accurate and durable, the lock works, and the spring has never failed. One of its best traits is no sharp corners. It sits lightly in your pocket and does not wear out the fabric of your trousers. The 16' length is sufficient for 98% of measuring jobs. Stuck for a guy gift? Give him one of these, he'll silently thank you every time he uses it.
Great little measuring tape. I bought this tape after I lost the earlier one while moving apartments. It is made of solid durable plastic and will not break easily. The tape retracts into the body once you release it after measuring. The little black slider holds the tape in place and prevents retracting in case you want to keep working with the tape continuously. Probably the best measuring tape for its price. Recommend buying it.
I didn't think this measuring tape would be much of a tool, but I was wrong. It's lightweight but sturdy, easy to read. There is the added bonus of U.S. and Metric measurement. Having both is a great teaching tool. Since most of the world uses the Metric Standard, Americans are mostly clueless when encountering the system. Knowledge is power.
This is exactly what I wanted. Not some big heavy duty tape for construction work but just a solid tape measure with both metric and American. I keep it by my chair to use for measuring household items when deciding which ones will be best to purchase. While this is not a heavy construction tape it is plenty durable and seems like it will last as long as I do
Looked at all our local hardware and big box stores for a metric tape measure, and no one sells one. Found this one quickly and the price was right. Was going to give it to my husband for Christmas but caved and gave it to him early. He's used it a lot for various projects and he's glad to have it. Thanks for the prompt delivery and good product!
It works but a little too sharp on the edge of the tape.
We recently moved into our first house, and we needed to add a few more tools to our collection thus far. After spending a few days looking at reviews and other guides on how to pick the best tape measure, we picked up this little guy. Not only was it my favorite color, but it was also really durable. After taking the time to test it on a few projects, this was well worth the money. It is a perfect addition to any set of tools.
