How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of 100Feelings (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://100feelings.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I have a really dry scalp and this is the only shampoo that helps me. I couldn't live without this, especially in the winter when the air is so dry. The best thing about this product is that just a little bit does the trick. I use this shampoo every day and this size will easily last me 6 months. I put it on and let it sit for about 2 minutes...it has completely cleared up my dry scalp!
I am not a young guy. Never felt like my hair was clean using the usual name shampoos. It is costly, but it is great. Not interested in volume, silkiness, glow or any other of that stuff - just wanted to feel like my hair was clean. This product does it and feels tingly (from the peppermint) while being used. Highly recommend it. Packaging is sturdy and easy to use.
This shampoo has worked wonders for my hair! The scent is nice and fresh smelling, and I like the tingle on my scalp. It really helped with the itchiness, there's no more of it and my hair is so much softer and well moisturized. Buy it if you have dry scalp problems!
I didn’t have very high hopes for this but I love the scent so I went for it anyways. But I absolutely love this!!! My scalp was always dry, along with my hair being very damaged. After the first use my dandruff was all gone and after only a week of using it my curls are so much healthier! I don’t see myself buying any other shampoo and conditioner set other than this.
What’s not to love??? The smell is amazing. It’s great for my hair and scalp. I’m African American with natural hair and it doesn’t dry out my hair or scalp. It’s like turning the shower into a spa. I’ve tried other less pricey products and nothing compares to this one. I won’t try another again.
I have been using this as my only daily shampoo. Though it is kind of runny and does not lather as much as you would expect like a regular shampoo (you will be tempted to use more than directed), you can feel the presence of the product as you massage it into your scalp through the moisturizing ingredients and the minty/cooling sensations . My head feels cleaner and hair softer after usage.
This stuff feels luxurious. It surprised me how good it is, I don't think my hair's ever felt so soft. I paired using this with one of those scalp massagers and my head feels so good. The bottles are pretty small but it's 100% worth the money
This is an AMAZING product. I was skeptical at first having tried a number of these types but the Keratin Recovery Shampoo had my hair feeling full and thick after only a couple of uses. It also smells great.
Lathers very well. Refreshing scent. Leaves hair fresh and clean, and stimulates the scalp. It's a great choice to help nourish and strengthen delicate hair. Highly recommend it.
I’ve used Lumin skin products for almost 2 years now, and was so excited to see they were releasing a hair care line! I love how light this shampoo feels. Another thing that I’ve always liked about Lumin and that attracted me initially was their design. This hair care bottle pattern in minimalist design, and light packaging so it’s not wasteful!
I love this shampoo so much! It helped drastically with itchy scalp and hair loss. The smell of the shampoo is super invigorating and gives your scalp a tingly sensation. I’ve definitely noticed a significant difference in the way my hair feels and how it dries after the shower.
I have been suffering from a dry flaking scalp while having oily roots at the same time. I have tried many other shampoos and conditioners and none of them have been able to do what this one has. This product has helped with my oily roots while relieving my scalp from the flakiness. Would recommend it!

This is my miracle product. I have a dry itchy scalp that gets really bad during our dry summer heat. It doesn’t really flake so dandruff shampoo has never helped. It just gets itchy and feels tight. This product has helped so much! It has a nice cooling effect that stops the itching and moisturizes so my head is not dry. I only wash my hair 2-3 times a week and use this every time I wash and my scalp has never felt better.
Really enjoying this product so far! Hair feels like it has more weight and volume after just 3 days of use. Bottle is smaller than it appears in photos, but it’s a solid month or two I would say so it doesn’t really bother me
