How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of 100Feelings (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://100feelings.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Great 1st kids’ watch. All 3 of my children wear their watches every day and never take them off. They love the backlight color and the fact that they can wash their hands and even bathe while still wearing them. The hourly little beep reminds them to go to the bathroom during the day but it's so subtle that it doesn't wake them during the night when they sleep
That sums it up! I am in awe of the quality of this thing for the price! AND waterproof! If you're looking for a first watch or gift, look no further. Really nice. I bought it for my 4-year-old grandson because he wanted a watch and you can't go wrong at this price. He loves it and I am just amazed. Really sharp looking too!
My daughter absolutely loves this. The material of the silicone or whatever it’s made out of is very soft and comfortable. It is small enough for my seven year old girl but can also be worn by a much larger person. She has been using the stopwatch nonstop for workouts or speed runs or something ha ha.
My daughter loves this watch and it really is nice and durable but I wish the directions were clearer. She managed to change it to military time but the instructions did not explain how to do that or fix it. After playing with it for a while I fixed it. Other than that it is really good.
The watch I ordered is for an orphan in Kenya. The little girl will love it when I take it to her in July. This will make her day, week, month, and year. The watch is very attractive and will probably be worn around the clock. I am sure all her friends will notice the beautiful watch.
Great watch! I use this for work because its durable and can get wet, most of the time, because I need reading glasses for smaller print but don't want to have to put on glasses to read what time it is, the print on this watch is big enough so I don't need glasses to see what time it is!
My six year old wanted a waterproof watch like his daddy’s and so far this one has been great! He has worn it in the shower and bathtub, and we haven’t had any problems! I didn’t want to spend a ton of money on a watch for a six year old, and the price of this watch is fantastic for kids.
I bought this watch for myself. I can see a young child wearing this. The face may be a bit large but I think it is cool. The orange is not a typical orange. It is more of a coral orange. I plan to buy one more for my nephew.
Got this watch because I needed something with an alarm so she would stop missing her afternoon classes. Everything was easy to set up, the alarm is easy to hear, the strap fits a 6 year old, and doesn't irritate her skin. it does the job and she likes the way it looks
The problem is that it's a kids' watch. Don't see the need for all these functions. Especially the hourly beep signal that no one knows how to turn off. Other than that time is consistent and accurate
I wanted a digital watch with a soft flexible band unlike most in the stores. Love this one. It is slightly big for a thin 7 year-old but she can grow into it. She loves it and announces the time frequently!
Daughter loves the color and comfort. She especially loves the ability to change the temporary LED background color depending on what she feels like at the time
The color is true to the image. My 5 year old loves this watch and wears it everyday. It’s gotten wet a few times and still works just fine.
