How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of 100Feelings (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://100feelings.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Excellent product at a very reasonable price. I have tried different types of sponges and this by far is one of the best! The sponges are beautiful in color and when wet they are a large size, but super soft and easy to blend and apply different makeup products. I like the holder it comes with that allows the sponge to store easily after use. I absolutely love this makeup sponge kit!!!
I ordered these as I had read that they are great for applying foundation. When I opened the package I was pleased because these blenders are not only cute but lightweight and easy to use. If you wet it it will become big in size and blends the makeup perfectly. Then, I really like a lovely plastic case that helps to keep my makeup bag and sponges clean. Recommend it - it's a good product for a good price.
I was a little anxious that these sponges might not be the same quality as the one I bought at MAC but was amazed at how good these sponges are. Use it wet and dry for about a month and the first sponge is as good as new. Hope it may be useful to somebody.
Very inexpensive and very soft. I was a bit skeptical since they were a bit cheaper than the original beauty blenders, but now I can’t tell a difference in these and the brand name expensive ones. Nice quality. Expand to about twice their size under water and blend my makeup the best out of the others.
I`ve never used cosmetic sponges before, so based on reviews I bought a pack of these and tried them as soon as the package came - they are amazing and very convenient in usage. The coverage is thin. After a month the first sponge is as good as new. I truly love them.
If you are looking for some really good quality beauty blenders then this is for sure the right product for you. Can use it wet or dry, after wetting becomes more porous and increases in size so that it is perfect for applying foundation. Highly recommend!
Great beauty blenders. I love it for applying liquid foundation for a natural makeup look. The density is good and the blender is quite flexible, cleans up great too. No unpleasant odor. Would recommend and order again.
Immediately fell in love with it. These are probably some of the best sponges I’ve used, they blend my makeup perfectly. They also wash off well and still have a nice look after multiple uses. A good quality at a fraction of the price.
They are brilliant things. Very soft and great for applying concealer, highlighter, different types of blush. Reasonable price, easy to use and to wash. Would recommend to family and friends.
Love this product. Blenders are inexpensive and a good value, but the container makes the sponge smell if you put it in wet, so u have to let it completely dry. Anyway I would order again.
These are by far the best makeup sponges I've ever used, definitely worth the price. Really soft and easy to use. Will buy again.
