How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of 100Feelings (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://100feelings.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
My kid was 10 months old when we first got this bowl. The suction bowls we currently had were bamboo with a silicone base and made the loudest sound hitting the floor so I had to find an alternative. He figured out how to take the bowl off the table pretty quick, but he's done that to every suction bowl and plate we tried. What I like about this bowl is, it's one piece with no seams, has a removable lid, there's a lip on the inside of the bowl that prevents food from coming out and helps the child's grip. The whole thing is silicone, so it doesn't make a huge noise when hitting the kitchen floor and if they decide to use the bowl as a chew toy, have at it!
Awesome bowl & the suction is amazing. I had bought a few bowls and quite honestly the suction wasn't there & inevitably meals were served to the dog (the pup didn't mind it!). This bowl actually suctioned to the packaging. That's how wonderful it was. We use it both in the microwave to heat up cereal and in the freezer to cool down meals and it has held up very nicely. The little tab at the bottom of the bowl is an awesome feature to un-suction the bowl from the table. I didn't know a bowl could have so many hidden features. Only bowl I will ever use.
Love this bowl! Suction doesn’t come off so he can start to scoop his own food without the bowl falling and him getting frustrated. Our son is 6 months and I foresee a lot of use in our future. I love that it has a lid so you can prep food ahead of time or pack for on the go.
Love this bowl. It's the perfect size for my 2 year old and easy to clean.It's a pretty color as well. Appearance isn't necessarily important but it's a small thing that I appreciate. I really dislike the cheap looking bowls and plates with silly looking designs and cartoon figures on them. So this one is a greate choice!
I’m obsessed!!! First and foremost, the fact that it suctions down on the table/high chair is soooo helpful. I also love that it comes with a lid so I can throw it in my diaper bag for when we are out and about. You can also stick it in the microwave and dishwasher so it makes your life so much easier!
My three-year-old son Marcelino really liked the Olababy 100% Silicone Divided Suction Plate. So, I was really interested in learning what he thought about the Olababy 100% Silicone Suction Bowl With Lid.
I didn’t expect this bowl to be such great quality. It’s thick, a little on the heavier side which is a plus. My baby has tried to remove this from his high chair unsuccessfully :D Just wish there were more colors to choose from.
Very sturdy. Love the colors. Love the top that is included. The bowl is just a little bit too deep for anything other than soup or cereal mostly because I give my 14 month old three or four pieces of meat or pasta or fruit at a time so she doesn’t throw the extras to the dogs. The dish is so deep the pieces are hard for her to see. Not. Big deal. I just have to keep pointing them out.
